Tree Walk - Cool Things About Trees!

Greg's life pretty much revolves around trees! Working as an arboriculturist in London, Greg covers the tree management in locations such as Hyde Park, Kensington Gardens, St James's Park, Downing Street and Brompton Cemetery; having also worked in locations such as Epping Forest, The Inner & Middle Temple Gardens, Dulwich Estates, Alexandra Palace and City of London. Greg's work involves risk management, population management and ecological management of trees and is very involved with habitat management and creation; developing and managing tree-based habitats for a wide range of organisms. Greg's work also involves a wide range of fungi, from beneficial to pathogenic and the various aspects of tree management that this impacts on. Away from his day job, Greg runs a small tree education business delivering tree walks, talks and education events for a wide range of groups. Focusing on themes such as tree ecology and habitat; folklore and mythology; tree identification; ancient trees; tree heritage and cool things about trees!
