Liz Lilley and Oli Genn-Bash bring together over two decades of combined experience working at the frontier of embodied healing, psychedelic therapy, and mycology education for an expansive breathwork session in combination with cordyceps. Liz Lilley is an experienced Breathwork Facilitator and Psychedelic Therapist. She has safely supported people for over 20 years to connect to their bodies, reorganise their minds and expand their consciousness for healing and growth purposes. Oli Genn-Bash is an educator and consultant working at the intersection of functional mushrooms, mycotherapy, psychedelics, and contemporary wellness culture. Founder of The Fungi Consultant, his work bridges research, lived experience, and creative practice, with a focus on education and the responsible development of psychedelic and mushroom spaces. He has several years’ experience researching and teaching the therapeutic potential of functional mushrooms and his work has appeared in a range of publications across the psychedelic and mycology space. He is a co-founder of the UKC Psychedelics Society and has spoken at festivals and events including Breaking Convention, All Things Fungi Festival, Margate Mushroom Festival, Smugglers Festival, as well as facilitating courses and events in collaboration with The Psychedelic Society.
