The All Things Fungi Festival team, subject to budgetary and physical site restrictions, continue to work hard to make sure the festival is as accessible as possible. Inclusivity is at the heart of all we do, and we want as many people as possible to be able to access and enjoy the All Things Fungi festival. We review attendee feedback and identify areas we can improve, so that we can make our festival even more accessible to a wider range of people.

The accessible facilities we can provide are intended for people with long-term disabilities and health conditions. You will need to receive proof of receipt of one of these benefits in order for you to qualify for an accessible ticket. Personal Independence Payments (PIP) , Employment and Support Allowance (ESA), Attendance Allowance, or the disability element of Universal Credit. You will need to receive proof of receipt of one of these benefits in order for you to purchase an accessible ticket. Please email in advance or present evidence on arrival at the festival. Please note that without this evidence, your accessible ticket will not be valid, you will receive a general entry wristband instead, and any essential companion/carer pass associated with your ticket will no longer be valid.
If you have already purchased an Early Bird ticket and you require accessible facilities, please email us hello@allthingsfungifestival.co.uk

CONCESSION (LOW INCOME) TICKETS:
A limited number of low-income/concession tickets will be released for purchase on July 1st 2026 so that as many people as possible can take part in our festival, regardless of income. Please be aware, however, these will be allocated on a first-come first-served basis and will require proof of receipt of relevant benefit (such as Universal Credit) sent to us before a ticket will be issued. Email us titled “Concession Ticket” option, attach your evidence, and we will send you a purchase link. These tickets sell out quickly, so if you would prefer to guarantee your space, we have a payment plan option available to spread the cost into smaller chunks.
FURTHER INFORMATION TO NOTE:
With the festival site located within an agricultural field setting, in wet conditions, the ground can become very muddy and accessibility considerably more difficult. Please note the following:
THE WOODLAND STAGE:
This natural amphitheatre can become boggy and inaccessible in wet conditions for those with mobility issues.
WOODLAND FORAYS:
The Forays take place deep in the surrounding woodland and are challenging for those with mobility issues, especially if the weather is bad.
FESTIVAL DISTANCES:
The main festival activities and facilities (talks, workshops, food, stalls, toilets etc) are within 200m of each other. The ground has natural gradients and is quite uneven in places.
