FFL is a Community Interest Company, a collaboration between people, communities and nature, where practical actions improve soil and water habitats and bring hope for a biodiverse, healthy future.
Bringing together artists, scientists, students and volunteers, FFL conducts ongoing studies that team up with fungi to explore water and soil quality in the South West. The project is in its forth year working with students from Plymouth and other universities to gather vital evidence around how native strains of fungi can help clear pollutants from ecosystems such as via biochar and mycofiltration.
FFL also creates opportunities for folk to build relationships with fungi and their local natural spaces through learning, hands on work, discussion, creative projects and lots of padding around in the forest.
We’re excited to welcome the following incredible contributors to this year’s All Things Fungi Festival.
Explore the people behind the talks, walks, workshops and events of all kind taking place on September 12th - 14th.
