Zool
Zool is a collaborative, inclusive party machine, which invites the audience to join in making ecstatic, atmospheric, uplifting music together with a team of experienced musicians and improvisers.
Percussion, harmonium, flutes, chanters, gongs and shakers are brought together with handmade analogue synths to produce improvised dance music.
Zool is the brainchild of Ed Briggs (Chop Chop, Champagne Dub and Party Organ) and visual artist Jim Sanders.
Other musicians include Thom Punton (Tigercats, Party Organ), Giulia Cavallini (Presence), Leon Carter (The Crucks), and many more.
Zool is about inclusivity, improvisation, collective action, ritual and dance, freedom of expression, and top spiritual vibes.
