Callum & Freya Williams

Freya and Callum Williams are siblings whose shared love for fungi inspires their collaborative films. Freya is a stop-motion animator and experimental filmmaker from Bristol. Her work explores the textures and movement of the natural world, especially fungi. During her final year of university, she was encouraged to make a film about something she was passionate about — and mushrooms quickly took centre stage. Callum, a biologist and musician, brings scientific insight and original sound design into their projects, creating immersive experiences where mycelial networks come to life through sound and motion.
